Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is included in your stay and is served every morning from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the ancient refectory of the former Santa Caterina monastic complex.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes. There is a secure day-and-night garage located directly in front of our Dimore, which is exceptionally convenient for guests arriving by car. As we are situated within a pedestrian zone, this garage allows you to park safely and reach our property without any difficulty.
Is the property located within the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone) or a pedestrian area?
Yes. Our property is located in the heart of Palermo’s historic center, inside a pedestrian zone. To reach us by car, an entry ticket for the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone) is required. Staying in a pedestrian area ensures a quiet, safe atmosphere and the convenience of easily exploring the historic center entirely on foot.

Our central location allows you to comfortably reach some of Palermo's most significant and iconic landmarks on foot: the Church and former Monastic Complex of Santa Caterina; Piazza Pretoria and the Pretoria Fountain (Fountain of Shame), the Church of Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio (known as La Martorana), the Cathedral, the Royal Palace (Palace of the Normans), the Palatine Chapel, Teatro Massimo, Teatro Politeama, the historic open-air markets (Ballarò, Vucciria, Il Capo), the Botanical Garden, the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, and much more.
What time is room cleaning performed?
To ensure your absolute comfort and privacy, rooms are cleaned daily during the morning. Bed linens are changed every three days. Towels are replaced every two days, in full respect of the environment.
Are pets allowed?
To ensure maximum comfort and respect for all our guests, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets, including small-sized ones. We truly appreciate your understanding.
